Plan Info
Plans are available in B&W print packages. Mirror reverse plans are available at no extra charge, however all text and dimensions will appear backwards. Full reverse plans are available for an additional fee. For mirror reverse, full reverse, or additional sets of prints, please call 336-449-4940.
Square Footage
Heated square footage calculations are made from the outside of exterior frame walls (not including brick veneer), and do not include bonus rooms, garages, porches, cathedral or vaulted ceilings, etc. Interior stairs are counted only once.
Foundation Options
All of our plans are drawn with a crawl-space foundation. We can provide slab or basement foundation plans for an additional fee (please call 336-449-4940).

Periodically, we update and make changes to our plans based on customer requests and market changes. The plans presented in this publication may vary slightly due to updates. If you have any suggestions or improvements, please contact us.

They are sold as a limited license to the purchaser for the construction of one dwelling unit, and cannot be resold. Please contact us for a multiple unit license.
Building Codes
Our plans are designed to meet or exceed the North Carolina Residential Code at the time they are drafted. Because codes change and can vary with location, Fox Design cannot guarantee compliance with any specific building codes or regulations. Although our plans do not include engineering, we can provide sealed engineered structural drawings for an additional fee.
